All Educators join together as a team, sharing their ideas and beliefs with each other. All educators have had different experiences that have resulted in learning and gaining further knowledge in the child care profession.
Together in partnership, educators bring their knowledge of children’s educational and developmental needs. Families bring the knowledge of their children’s individual needs and interests. This can ensure that all children are receiving a solid foundation to develop positive social and emotional skills which is the basis for achieving all developmental outcomes.

Babies Room
Hi, I am the Babies Room Leader, I have worked at Birra-Li for 15 years covering many roles within the centre, I have my Diploma of Social Science in Education and Care and a qualification in infant massage (IMIS)
I enjoy caring, nurturing, educating and supporting the developmental needs of all the children in such a supportive environment

Toddlers
I am passionate about working at Birra-Li because i believe our centre provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere for parents and children.
I have my Diploma in Early Education and Care. I am the room leader of the toddlers, my main focus is to encourage children to have active exploration and nurture each curiosity and sense of wonder.

Hi my name is Shanelle and I am a qualified teacher with a Bachelor of Education Early Childhood & Care: 0 – 8 years. I love working with children and enjoy the opportunity to watch them grow and flourish. I want to be able to make a positive difference in each child’s life.
I hope to inspire children to discover, explore, create and instil within them a love of learning through play which lasts a lifetime.
